Haha I don't really like avocados that much :shy:

Darling, are you focusing on romantic entanglements??

Or dinner??

Of course I'd recommend concentrating on the latter - far more reliable.

But you seem, like the ingenué you can't help being, to be determined on the former.

Soo I'm just trying to help..

But you're right.

Hummus, is a far more reliable a condiment.. :okay:

At a 25 mile TT near Ipswich ... she wasn't there to ride, she was there with her husband ......... I beat him, but we where the only 2 from the same club so we started chatting .....
My wife fell in love with her ... unrequited ..
And here we are 30 years later ... He's remarried, my ex and her partner, Leanne, have been together for 25 years and we're annoyingly happy ...

I’m trying to work that one out in full.

You and your wife got talking to another couple and your wife hooked up with his wife then the husband in the other partnership remarried after divorcing but what happened to you? Are you husband to a wife and boyfriend of the other girl or a singleton or so you mean you swapped wives?

No they said his wife back then now has a wife of her own ( found out her sexuality late perhaps?). He married the girl that was married back then. And the husband of the girl he is now married to found someone else. Hope I got this right.

Hmmn.

Despite the fact, that biologically speaking. He is old enough to be OMs grandfather

As perhaps are, a good number of the folks being interrogated here.

Remember OM it's mostly just old folks, and their fanciful stories.

It's a substitute for daytime TV.

For those without a TV :becool:
I resemble that remark, though only old enough to be the OPs father.

Mrs C R and I met at University, living in the same hall of residence. A group of like minded people coalesced and started doing stuff together, I think four couples came out of that group.

After a lot of thought, I think that is what it means... Funny how you grasped that complicated story so quickly, but found the 'tripod' post confusing!

Lorks you guys can be so 'sensitive'

No matter how assiduous I be, with my qualifying remarks ie "a good number" not all.

Some chap, can be guaranteed to come over, all of a huff

I could numbers-wise, biologically, legally even be her 'granny' but am I throwing a big ol paddy about it ??

You lot have obviously got a different attitude to supermarket shopping than I have...

When standing at the store entrance I feel like someone about to 'go over the top' from a WWI trench, rather than Romeo on the hunt for lurv! I have my shopping list handy, dash in, grab a basket and aim to be out again in 15 minutes max. There are slight delays currently to souse my shopping basket handle with sanitiser, but otherwise it is Go,Go Go!!!
You have the same attitude to supermarkets as me.

Pretend you're the SAS, get in there, job done with the minimum of fuss, and straight back home

I just wonder around Aldi not knowing what to buy😞 I sometimes talk to my nan on the phone when I'm in Aldi. I find grocery shopping stressful. Last time I purchased too much junk food and didn't make the right decisions

I went to an all-boys grammar school in the late 1960s/early 1970s so I have a deep familiarity with and understanding of adolescent male smut, even when posted by someone old enough to know better!
Haha now that I think about it, I do appreciate Drago's 'adulescent smut', he is a very entertaining guy, he is probably a really cool uncle.

Write a list before you go..

Life is so much easier with lists, as we've discussed before.

You don't want to end up like me..

So rubbish at shopping, that you have to grow all your food yourself

I don't even know what I want to buy even before I go. I just never know what to cook. So I buy random stuff and then think of what to cook with it.
