How can I waterproof my lights?

I had the same problem with my rear light - it's water splashing up from the rear wheel that may be causing it - fit a decent mudguard and lights should be okay

If you wrap it in cling-film, it might be difficult to turn on and off.

How about a condom? You'd probably get more purchase on the button, and it would slide on and off easier

Maybe a fruit flavoured ribbed condom? Better grip when wet and something to suck on for the last 10 miles.

Now I think of it, I could quite easily do with a couple of bike lights in condoms, to replace the rubiks cubes that the council bailiffs just took from me because they thought I was the previous tenant
