I’m willing to bet ready money ( up to a shilling) that is an old Burton’s tailor building. Above the shop would probably have been a snooker club.

There's a shop in Abergavenny with a similar looking facade, and also on a corner. It too is a former Burtons, as the signage is still there built into the building
