yep, that's the stuff. Lovely.
On harissa - That's amazing stuff. I followed the recipe in The Cranks Bible which called for something silly like 200g of dried chilli to make a tiny pot of paste. I have several mates who all fancy themselves as being able to handle some serious chilli, but this stuff redefines hot.
Indeed. And you really do have to max out on the chillis - you can have fun trying different combinations of chillis too... of course the harissa itself is only the basis for any humber of sauces and soups - but I also like it on toast with peanut butter and bananas!!!
