I like the Campagnolo cranks !
There are a few things which make me think that it has been resprayed . The lack of a head badge and Holdsworth transfer on the seat tube make me a bit suspicious . The front gear lever has been replaced with a clamp on one .
What make are the brakes ?

The brakes are Campagnolo. See the pictures attached. They are in pretty good condition.
The frame had most likely been resprayed. I’m not in contact with the person who build the bike and renovated the frame however I know that the frame was an original as the stickers indicated. The reason it would have been resprayed is to make it look nicer. I suspect the frame could have been bought as a project. The person who did it worked renovating classic cars. So even if the frame would have been in poor condition, the renovation would have been done to the best classic standard.
