I use clip-ins and try to concentrate on applying even pressure all around the turn of the crank so as to avoid "un-loading" and wasting energy

Nuns DO have a sense of humour.

For instance:-

A pervert flashed two Nuns in the park. One had a stroke...

But the other couldn't reach.
