it's better. I'm not a fan of any High5 products - they give me gut ache and don't work! The other brands seem fine though.

I have used high5 for years with no issues. Saying that i'm tolerant to most other brands too fortunately.

which stuff from decathlon ?
got a tub of ISO powder and it gives me stomach gripe

Just checked at my local decathlon and the stuff i used was called aptonia mixed berries. Cheap at 6 quid but no good if it doesn't agree with you Jules.
