Would love to be but being 45 and having chronic arthritis in my good knee and ankle I think the chances are fairly slim 
I did go for a tryout for the paralympic rowing team but on finding out how much you have to do, ie your whole life just focused on one thing and also being probably a little past my prime I bowed out. Was good fun though.
It's so nice though when you get a whole room full of crips you don't have to worry about all the sideways glances and people trying to talk about anything but your disability
