I myself have a beard which is usualy trimmed to No.2 every fortnight to three weeks and I shave the neck line about once a week. Yes I do tend to stroke my beard and scratch it occasionaly. When I grew it I was quite surprised to find that a grey streak runs from my chin to the bottom of my beard. As I don't have much on top I think the beard makes up for it:biggrin:.

With my alias, I couldn't really stay away from this one, could I?

I find that itching is not a problem, but having acne in the bristles under my chin a while back was trying. Also, the natural direction of the hairs goes across my face from left to right, ending in a sort of swirl in front of my right ear.

On the cycling side (someone had to bring it up, after all) it takes the edge off a cold wind.
