You would have to know the Rockwell hardness of each to say that for sure. In any case, the socket head machine screws on a bike are usually weedy little things, not as tight as cylinder head nuts. You can waste your own money if it makes you feel better.
Or someone's put a lot of thread lock on the bolt..
Ive serviced motorcycles cars and vans for years.
Push bikes still have over torqued bolts from ham fisted shop trainees and people who think everything's got to be done up like a car wheelnut.
If you believe a £2 set is a good quality set who am i to argue.
The rockwell are ok but there not like Teng Facom ect or a set costing 4x more than a 2quid set.
