Perhaps a little hypocritical, although I suppose if you are a cheat you're not really going to say "Sorry chaps, I would love to join your protest, but to be honest I should actually ride off with the others. Nothing personal, it's just that I'm a doper too".
Interesting to ponder whether Cofidis will all be thrown off, or will the double standards prevail like with T-Mobile.
And what's with Zabel being there after his doping confession if Riis can't be there after his?
