Help with my new cycle computer

I have bought a BTWIN count 14 cycle computer but I am unable to download the data from it!!

does anyone else have one of these?

Does anyone know where I can get the required driver? ive tried updating the software from geonaute and also had the computer swapped but this one has the same issue!

Yeah and a few other places . Even tried about 10 different google searches!

Have you tried to contact btwin, if you look on the link, you can send them a message direct or on facebook/twitter

Mine worked straight out of the box, on a HP Netbook with Windoze Home, software is rubbish though

Thanks guys, Alan Ive tried on XP and windows 7 with no luck .. both machines say I need a USB to UART driver??

what version of the geonaut software are you using?

I've just bought one too, and can't find the software anywhere. The manual says it's at www.geonaute.com, but that site doesn't shown any cycle computers at all and none of the software downloads seem relevant -- it's all watches and cameras. The B-Twin site lists the device but doesn't give any links to the software. It doesn't look promising .

sorry for the late reply, I eventually got it working, I was emailed a driver message me if anyone needs it im sure i still have it on a memory stick!
