I am not sure most companies do returns on helmets for the obvious hygiene reason. They are usually attached to the boxes pretty well so hard to remove without damaging the packaging
Evans quite often have good deals on helmets and you can try them on - they also happily match the likes of Wiggle. Best of both worlds
Got a good deal on the indicator, the next one up from the Skyline - I have had one of these for years, never an issue. Have universal sizing and good adjustments

If not a specs wearer, a cheap pair of cycling glasses is important for eye protection - especially useful when it's cold and windy
