Hi folks, 3 pics of forks off a reynolds 853 tubing bicycle I have owned for about 17 years or so. As you can see they are slightly the worst for wear lol. Fork steerer tube is threaded for campag, need help finding a replacement set of forks as I want to continue to use the bike Thanks in advance for any replies

I didn't think Campag headsets were threaded differently to anyone else (but could be wrong). If the thread is standard, there's a pair of chromed forks on ebay here that might suit.

Nothing special from a tubing point of view, but shiny. (Are forks available in 853 anyway?)

If you're getting a fork with a threaded steerer, make sure the steerer is long enough for your head tube.

well might be age but noticed a touch of rust in and around where it broke
No, not rust. Those forks had internally-stepped lugs that are notorious for breaking like that. External lugs with their fancy fingers and filigrees are an evolutionary design that smooths out the transition between fork blade and lug and thus avoid stress risers. That design introduces a huge uniform stress riser right around the blade. It lasted a long time but could have lasted even longer had it been an externally-lugged fork.
