There are some spoke length calculators that will tell you the length of spokes needed if you can identify the hubs and rims. Some require dimensions.

The number of spoke crossing also has some bearing on the spoke length.

This one shows some promise. Though you will have to find a hub that matches your nutted one by looking at the Shimano data sheets.

This one looks OK too but your model hub is not listed as above.

Spoke calcs such as the DT Swiss one only work if you have the correct ERD measurement and that means different things to different people so it's impossible to be 100% sure of your calculations.

My measurments always seems to be a mm or two on the short side but this can be sorted by using 14mm nipples instead of 12mm. The only option is to try a few calculators, buy the spokes and try them. Worst case is that you need to buy more spokes of a different length (which happens to everyone). Make sure the wheels are fully tensioned before deciding whether the spokes are the correct kength as you'd be surprised what difference that makes. I personally can't stand to see even one spoke thread showing and also dont like to see the spoke pop out the end of the nipple, so this means be accurate to the nearest 1mm (when using 12mm nipples).
