A brief bit of googling pops up a hongfu headset (who also sell the frame) - more pics on flickr,

-and they actually say that headset fits the fm015 - seems to be a mix of diameters, and integrated (ie no intermediate cups that the bearing races sit in)
For 15 dollars US plus shipping that *might* an easy way of resolving it..
A guy here has one - seemed to have to faff a little with the steerer:

Cance creek have a headset identifier - you'll need to carefully measure the headtube inside diameter and bore depth:

You could, of course, mail the seller and get headset details off them - mebbe they even sell the headsets ? - certainly looks like some people bought them with the frame, depending on who was selling them...
