Help Dodgy Knees!!!

Ice Compression and Elevation. If you can support the knee to restrict the movement during recuperation this will help too. I would guess (emphasize guess) that it is an over use injury and will get better with rest.

ive bought a knee support from Boots - should I wear it even thou its fine when I walk etc???

Fast and careful!
It's ok to take advice on what to make your knee feel better now,but I would get a bio mechanics physio if possible or a good sports Physio to have a look to see what causes the injury and then the pain,does it hurt when you squat,or go up stairs,after exercise etc,may be tight muscle groups,do you stretch ,warm up ,warm down,flexibility good or bad on various movements ,always hard to tell ,I have ignored pain and developed secondary injuries,seek expert advice

yes im learning the hard way!!! dont really do much warming down & stretching.
