Help a Numpty re build his Bianchi

Sorry all, I know I've been on before asking about mechs and cranks and derailers and wheels etc...but I am Confuuuuussssssssed

I want to change my Bianchi c2c 2010 via nirone alu carb to a triple so I have less pain and more gain when going up in the world. Currently it has an FSA double crankset (not a compact) 175mm cranks, is in need of new wheels, as these were re built in cyprus by a very cool chap in a local bike shop but he only had very heavy solkes, and my rims are ten years old anyway. Also it has front and rear mechs that came with the bike when it was fitted with a compact . The cassette is a ten speed, with Ten speed veloce shifters. It all works fine currently except it's crippling my hips on the climbs out in cyprus. I'm going to buy a new bike too, but want this one as a back up spare/winter bike. I'm unsure if my front derailer will work with this triple crankset? Icant seem to find a triple veloce front mech on ebay uk with a band on and in black...although silver would work fine I am sure lol! Need new saddle as my bum deserves it!

Please would more bike technically savey personnel check my e bay basket for potential idiot like purchases?

I haven't gone through the full list but it's apparent that the Fulcrum 5's are available at CRC for £179.99 for the 2014 model or at Merlin for £149.99 (plus p&p) for the 2013 model, both in Campag as required. Note stock of ONE at CRC.

Direct from Fawkes Cycles, what appears to be the exact same rear mech for £65.49 inc. p&p.

EDIT: I have no idea whether your current rear mech would be suitable.

For the front mech, buy a braze-on mech (triple) and buy a separate band-on adaptor - e.g. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-band-on-adapter-for-front-derailleur/. Once you get the adaptor and mech located properly on the bike, the adaptor stays there and makes fitting a new mech a lot simpler. I run a very similar setup on my good bike - Veloce triple shifters - only with Ultegra cranks because they were available at 165mm.
