Helmet Brim

Ditch the helmet and keep the brim, put it in the back of your jacket and it stops your peanut butter sandwich from getting squashed,helmet very useful for carrying small greenfinch, found in road,to a safe release point,hung between drops.

MTB/Hybrid = brim on
Road bike = no brim or pull it off

This is because of the 'more' head down position (of a road bike) and a brim may obscure the vision, mefinks.

that makes so much sense, I hurt my neck riding on the drops/hoods to see past the brim - dumbass

Best avoided then, Brim is removed already.

I feel I need to buy a cap and maybe some kit to match it.........
