Pleased to say that I managed to complete 20 miles this afternoon in the fine weather in the South! Felt like a could have gone on but decided not to push it. Only the one quick drinks stop - total time 1 hour 35 mins.

You'll def see big changes in fitness, physique and self-confidence if u continue the way u are doing. Keep it up. Cycling is a great way to lose weight and get fit. You too, Kev. just be a bit wary of weight, especially now. muscle weighs more than fat, so exercise can make you put weight on, even though it's doing you good. i rarely look at the scales, but i know how well my trousers fit, and that's a better gauge of whether i need to ease off the calories or not.
