I try to get them (scones & black bean brownies) into the freezer as soon as possible and most definitely before my OH gets home. that way they last a week because we will only defrost them as we want one/two/three....
Frozen sounds like a nice alternative serving suggestion unfortunately!!!

Generally loads of the Aldi dried fruit packs, along with fresh fruit we get free at work. Usually consumed at work as we get free fruit.

I've started eating at home greek yoghurt (the aldi stuff is bloody good), mixing in anything from tinned fruit, cereals, honey and nuts. I'm eating this generally as a dessets/late evening snack.

I make my own.

Fruit of choice (raspberries, blueberries, cherries etc.)
Handful of almonds
Handful of walnuts
Prunes

Blend all of the above and make into little balls. Then coat in unsweetened coconut flakes. I make then on a Sunday night and they last me for the week. Great source of protein and great for when you have that 11am/ 3pm urge

I tend to buy a large bag of mixed fruit & nuts and have them at the desk. Mix in a handful with the morning's porridge and also pick at them throughout the day. All good providing you use the calories (which most of us probably do here).

Eat loads but am always slightly hungry (aside from when I visit Bodean's). Can't beat a nice slice of peanut butter toast (no pre-peanut butter spread).

Interested to see how you all do it.

Make your own mix of your favourite fruit/nuts/seeds. At the moment I have pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and a few nuts. These also go into my lunchtime yoghurt (as long as some scroat doesn,t nick it as happened today)

I like Soreen Go bars - I think (hope) they're healthy and they seem to stave off hunger through the morning at work more than most things I've tried.
