Headset Help

Has anyone had any experience of Tange needle bearing headsets please ? Arrived with no destructions and can't find any on the net . Mostly fairly self explanatory but one cup and one race is slightly heavier duty..... I'm guessing that these are the crown race for the fork and cup for the bottom of the head tube, confirmation would be nice though. Thanks in advance.

Not sure but I'd think the heavier duty one is the bottom set (they take most of the 'hammer')

Thanks, that's pretty much what I thought but its nice to get a second opinion ............ Its my first attempt at a full build and don't want to end up cocking it up before I start
