Nope - that was for secondary schools. This was definitely while I was at primary school...

My face never appeared on tv so far as I know but my hands and voice did. I was showing how barley was malted to a couple of nuns who were face on to the camera.
I was also an accessory dressed in my kilt in a fashion shoot which appeared on telly. My back was to the camera and I was holding a golf umbrella over the head of the model as it was raining.

A friend was on ready, steady, cook! He came with a very nice, fresh fish fillet. The show researcher told him he'd lose, nobody wins with fish. Turned out to be accurate again. He still had a lot of fun and very nice but simple recipe for his favourite type of fish.

Brother was on Masterchef. He did very badly when he tried to make something for the first time. Never shed him what it was like beeming on there. Cousin was on Celebrity Weakest Link (he's a minor celebrity) after turning down Strictly....
