Ok, That was the same word I had last night, supposedly half an hour before it changed, and listed then as wordle 313. So not really done in 2.

It would appear the word changes a few hours before it is supposed to, but the listed number only changes when the word was supposed to change.

It would be interesting to find out just when it really changes, as there were people saying they must have a different word to me at about 8:30 last night, when it is supposed to change at midnight.

This seems seriously weird. Yesterday morning, for me wordle 313 gave me SWORN. Later (with it saying 35 minutes until it changed, still wordle 313, I got ZESTY, which BrumJim had seen before 08:00 yesterday morning.

This morning, as wordle 314, I am still seeing ZESTY, but others clearly have a different word - no way somebody has the first three letters of that but then takes 3 goes to get it.
