That's what nearly happened to me this morning!

It won't happen again. My cunning plan is to complete on a separate device in future then post 2 or 3 for every single puzzle on here, and claim my genius has worked out an infallible method.

After yesterday's ''phew'' I got an ''impressive'' today. That translates to a 6/6 and a 3/6. Do we all get the same word for the same number of letters?

wordle is one word a day, for the whole world(le). there was some dalliance early in the thread on some alternative multi word length pale imitation by some ill advised "splitters" but they appear to have calmed down and all is now well in the Peoples front of Wordle

I was referring to the word that briefly appears when you get the correct wordle or when you fail on the 6th attempt. I think it's white lettering with a black background. I was curious about whether every 3/6 today got ''impressive.''

Only got the first 3 letters today. Obviously made v poor choices at narrowing down the field

I did the thing for the first time today and got it in six, looks like it needs a good first word to get us going.

you are unlikely to get it quickly if you get no hits on first go, but I don't think it makes it any less likely to solving it in under 6 goes, as you rule 5 letters out and by end of your second go will have tested 10 letters in total. If you get 3 yellows first up, you might just test 2 more letters by end of go 2 and still have 3 yellows.

eliminating letters is almost as valuable as confirming them
