OK OK I'm going to admit to one last night. Not even on the road! I was adjusting my saddle height having clipped in and by leaning on the wall to support myself. I accidentally pushed against the wall too hard and landed in a crumpled heap at the foot of the stairs. 
No sympathy from Mrs A.......she uses flats.
