Amazon use their own delivery drivers slightly different.

What I meant was that generally sometimes you get things quickly and at other times a slight delay. It would only take Amazon drivers to strike to upset the apple cart. Glad you got the kettle so quickly. I suppose you had to play catch up with cups of tea ? I say in jest !
