Handlebar bag

I need one of these for Summer - Backpacks + Courier backs make my back to Sweaty.

It must be big enough for :
Sarnies (no box just in a sandwich bag)
Apple, Narna, Wallet, Phone, Showerproof jacket, Arm and Leg warmers.

Any of the above suitable ??

My Altura bag does all of this a wee bit more and would be happy to recommend it to anyone. Quality construction, robust and spacious, even keeps my butties dry which is a bonus, map case and 'T' bar for underslung lighting.

Sadly it will not fit onto my tricross (additional brake levers) so I have just started to look for a mid sized saddle bag which does not require a beard and CTC membership.

I have both of those so does that mean that I can't use my panniers and barbag on my new bike when it comes.

If is a 'new bike' then rule 12d applies, so you have an automatic exemption as long as there is a 'y' in the day of the week .

Of course I fail in that if I grow a beard it is grey, black and ginger affair and looks as if someone has superglued a large brillo pad to my face.

I wouldn't have either personally but then I carry very little and don't intend on touring in the near future.
