You'll get loads of different advice mate, your best off telling us what you want from it, like lots of padding, lightness colour ect, I use bbb gel, tape and can't fault it

I've used Deda (cork and leatherette), Easton (cork) and Giant (cork) tape and all have been fine for me. If you are going for white then I'd recommend avoiding cork tapes though as they get dirty very quickly and cannot be cleaned again.

I recently bought lizard skin 2.5mm.
Very grippy and comfortable. Could possibly get the 3.2 which would give you more cushioning

Fizik superlight with logos for me . I had chunky tape on the bars from stock and it was horrible .

Bike Ribbon Eleganza. Feels lovely.
If you suffer from OCD, you'll have endless hours of "fun" ensuring that the featured stitching is exactly symmetrical.

Bit off topic but can I ask why people like thin tape? I can only think that people would prefer more padding and comfort? Even if you have small hands I mean would it not be better getting thinner bars and more padded tape ( this would even save weight)

You would think so but I just didn't like the padding . It was like gripping a sponge . The thinner tape plus my gloves is enough padding for me and feels nicer . I guess the bars are designed for comfort anyway .
