Employment with paid overtime, holiday pay, sick pay, flexible working hours, adequate pension, maternity/ paternity leave, paid breaks, travel time, NI contributions, PAYE all goes out the window with zero hour/ self-employment forced on those employed under 'contract'. It will get worse outside of the umbrella of EU working directives as US style working practises get endorsed by the current Government. You can't be protected from such your employers if you aren't represented by a union when the employers hide behind a foreign country's employment laws for tax purposes.
