Looks to me as if the front castor wheels could be removed which would allow the weight distribution measures to work.
Hand cycles ?

Hiya all. Spent Sunday afternoon playing with it . Swapped the front tyre which was a Schwalbe cruiser for a marathon plus and moved the back axle as far back as it would go.
The wheelchair front wheels were well off the ground and removing them needed a bigger spanner than we had So left them on
Quick try up the slope leading to his house and it worked !! No wheel spin. Swapping that tyre is a pain. Probably easier the next time but not a job I’d want to do alone by the roadside
