What do you listen to in the gym/indoor training (if you use Zwift etc.) This was my gym music today -

You can't beat some German Techno.

I've not dipped my toe in the techno scene for some years now so i'll give that a listen later.

2x 1 hour of pure energy below which is probably not to many peoples taste on here. Both DnB but the scene currently has a mash up of the 90's 4x4 gabber also making an appearance.

On the trainer it's usually Planet Rock radio. Gym is whatever background music they have on, which is usually some sort of lift music or similar

I was surprised to find out that the music they play in my gym is actual charts music. I thought it was just some AI generated crap that they'd got for people to work out to.

Thankfully, my gym seems to lack the usual PA system playing annoying "music."

On treadmill days I'll bring my MP3 player and earbuds, and listen to audiobooks.
