A big wish to get well soon to our @Mad Doug Biker who is about to undergo his long waited for op requiring an extended stay in hospital.
GWS Douglas, your company always cheers me up to no end!
Can't wait to see you beating everybody up the hills on a CC Ecosse ride.

Thanks everyone!

....As I arrived at Bowling on the Pug, Pat made me do a face for that picture, honest! Also I was a bit flushed as I had just cycled from Dumbarton as fast as I could after suffering a p*ncture
As you can see, I didn't dress up to cycle, a base layer and some jeans (with a trouser clip for good measure), I was just fine!!

Nessie was traveling in the bag with me too, and was getting excited about meeting Pat once more, he was chattering away to me the entire time!!

By the way, Pat's new signature was said by me as, on going along the cyclepath through Scotstoun, I realised 'Hold on, we are doing considerably more than 5mph here!!' Seriously, don't let her name fool you, Pat can go at quite a speed when she wants too!!
..... Well, that was until we went on a short detour to explore part of the old path......


P.S. As per the picture, I might be right handed, but I'm left footed! I'm amphibious!!
