Every year or so I order one of those ANY PIZZA ANY SIZE deals. I know it is wrong but... that's the fun. 
Oh lordy... a kebab! A weakness if I ever had one! I once thought they wouldn't taste as good when I was sober... but I was wrong! You've got me craving one now!
I lived in Germany for a nearly a year (Hamburg to be precise) and the kebabs there were gorgeous. I'm now wondering what the French version would be like!

Do you always have the kebab on the same night? Is it followed by any other once-per-year activities?
Forgot to mention, I don't really like chips but periodically I used to like to visit the chippie. it was the lure of the place I guess. It was odd, almost as if I had to remind myself that I don't really like them. I'd eat maybe half of them and stick the rest in the bin. (I was the same way with mars bars too. I just had to have one periodically to remind myself how sickly, sludgy sweet they were!)

I wouldn't eat a doner kebab. I've seen what goes in them besides the stuff that is supposed to be in them. Then that skewer of meat just sits in the warm in the back room for days on end before going in front of the burners for another couple of days.

Went on a holiday to Turkey a few years back. In Turkey, rather than the big cylinder of compressed meat, they have slices of recognisably real meat, piled on a big skewer.
