Ah well, not our parakeet then, this is strictly a SE England phenomenon, where the population has rapidly exploded since they were first introduced some 50 years ago, and are regarded by some as a pest.

I'm still stumped. Where's Tony?

I thought Males Pheasants had Blue tails.....oh well.....saw a male and female on Friday.....lovely markings on him....he was trying to win her over with a fancy display......gave me an evil as I passed.......then held his wings half cock and walked in a funny way...
