Picked up a Tequesta for €60 the other day in which looks like a 20” frame?
Plans are to build something cheap but functional to use around the city and on weekend jaunts through the forests etc.
So far I’ve given it a good clean, stripped off the stand as well as other old pieces of tat and replaced the wheels with some cheapies that luckily already had Schwalbde marathon plus’s fitted.
Waiting on delivery of a Club Roost I beam stem as the one fitted was the wrong size. The chainset is 7x3 but its got a 9 speed shifter fitted so that got ungunked in hot water and will be sold to fund an appropriate shifter.
Ive got some old metal mudguards that I’ll offer up today as I’m in two minds about fitting them And would like to add at least a rear rack too.

Nah, not sure it just came like that. Although I may have sourced a better donor bike with nicer guards.
