Aw Gawd. Don't tell me BB's need lubing.
I've never ever ever done that before. Ever. On either of my bikes in 5+ yrs of owning them from new.

If they're cartridge bottom brackets like mine, then the only lube they need is on the threads holding them in the frame. If you haven't taken yours out then you won't need to lube it

If you haven't taken yours out and it wasn't lubed when it was put in, you may not be able tolube it because it may not come out.
