This is correct ,bro in law is a gravedigger he locks up a big cemetery in wolvo,the main problems are vandalism,and nuisance by the local drinking community.

They lock them to keep the zombies in obviously, and having seen a few zombie films they appear to not be the sharpest tools in the box, they are unable to break out of a walk, and so would be totally flumoxed and unable to do anything as complex as climbing over a wall, bless them.
