Once upon a time worked in the bathroom industry with cast resin composites , never heard of anything like this? How old is it?

The araldite was pants :-) . However the putty stuff ( that you mix ) i had kicking about in the workshop is doing the trick ! That has been attached to the underside of the sink and is rock hard. Might sand it and paint it just to hide it ( Black sink ) . If that fails I will just replace the sink, great timing as well as my house is also on the market !
I suspect but hope I'm wrong that you are only putting off the inevitable, water will always find a way, for it to be below it must be coming from above, I'd leave a bucket under or check regularly it will find another way through
