I have noticed with City Link (the courriers Wiggle use I think) that although their card doesn't suggest this, they do repeat the delivery next day if failed, I have been caught out by going to the depot the next day only to find it out on delivery. They delivered a third time in tha case. Wiggle also use Royal Mail for smaller / lower value items, for example last week they sent me xtr SPD's via regular post (not signed for or registered) and even though they were worth about £60. I am happy with that!

Im luckily within a reasonable distance of all major courier depot's used in the Home Counties/South England area. they are dotted around me so never have any probs....luckily.
Although I've just ordered something large from Wiggle so I hope it arrives in good condition with whoeever delivers it.
I have used PBK in the past...and they're service was very good too.
