Mine only steam up when I have come inside from the cold.....make me look like a right perv - according to my wife!
Seriously though, mine only steam up when cycling due to condensation from my breath.....so I try to ensure I don't mouth breath.

A little bit of spit like the divers do with goggles?
Never tried it as my glasses don't steam up on the ride. Just when i step back into a warm home

Mine don't steam up either, though when it is raining, especially that fine mist type rain, I use a finger as a "windscreen wiper".
Can't have contacts (they can't correct my eyesight anymore) so simply have to put up.

Are you cycling warm - wrapped up to the nines? about the only thing I can think of that might cause them to steam over.

The anti fog stuff will work ok, [you can buy little spray cans from any m/cycle dealers] of if desperate a drop of washing up liquid put on with a finger then gently polished will work for a while, best not overdo it, you look silly with a face covered in foam].

Mine glasses are fine when I'm moving, but do tend to steam up a little when I have to stop for say traffic lights, but only if I've been working hard on the bike for a while. Agree about breathing through the mouth makes it worse (Ah - Maybe thats why it only happens when I've been working hard!)

Cheap way, smear both sides of the glass, or all four sides if using RX inserts, with.....

Washing up liquid. Rinse off under a tap.

Lasts a few weeks and it does work.

may be that is why mine don't steam up. periodically I was them washing up liquid to get all the grease off them! Best thing i know for cutting through grease!

EDIT: best thing I know that is readily available and not going to remove your fingers as well!

sorry i should have elaborated on this topic....it only happens under the above scenario, when stopping at traffic lights especially this time of the year when its chilly....i'll give the washing up liquid a go though...thanks!
