That is 6 one ton bulk bags so wet weight
Project is a special one!
A Tudor style house built from scratch by my dad in our field because we need a bigger house so that I can have my own bedroom to store my bikes in and have a tiny bed!
Cheers Ed
Some nice Rothkoesque influences there Arch....good enough for the Tate!
yep solid oak frameWow, is that timber framing and all that? That's quite some project!
<doffs Tudor style cap to Ed>
oak flooring most of the house but the kitchen and hall i think or maybe just the kitchen i forget now are having stone with under floor heating and yes all lights will be led! H&S wouldn't allow rush lights probablyWow, brilliant!
I assume you're going for a contemporary interior though, not straw on the floor and rushlights....
Reminds me, I once had a small transaction queried, when buying something locally...weeks after I spent about £200 on my CC in.....UruguayCall to my credit card fraud dept.
Them. In August you made a transaction of £80. Can you name the retailer??
Me. Are you have a f***ing laugh??
as bulbs fail in our current house (energy effecient ones) we replace them with led's they are great only 5 or 7 w oddNice! LED lights are good, we have them in the bedroom, we've worked out they'll probably outlast us!
You can always have lots of candles on special occasions, make it really atmospheric.
Will there be a garden? Would be lovely with a Tudor knot garden.

considering my mum and dad run a plant nursery and my mum is a garden designer and we live on about 11.5 acres of land yes there will be a garden!
