Why the comments about a white horse being 'inappropriate' for Kent? It's the county emblem and was the cap badge of their county regiments. Seems very fitting.

Right enough. But the picture in that link doesn't look a whole lot like the Invicta horse, which is rearing .. this one just looks like a big horse, just standing around?

Sure it was. It's unconquerable!! ;)

But don't ask about how it ate or, er, did the other thing that horses do a lot. ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if it could poo rearing, they can poo while moving... But they do have to stand still to pee. The ultimate embarrassment, being on a stroppy horse that keeps taking advantage and stopping, apparently for a pee, (ideally you have to shift forward in the saddle for them, it helps relieve the pressure or something), and then not doing anything.

Now that would be an impressive statue, a rearing horse with a strategically placed fountain. Manekin Pis? Pah! We mock you, Brussels. ;)

I'm fairly sure it's been done, albeit unofficially by vandals. Large Bronzes tend to be hollow, all you need is a hole in the top and a hose to fill it, and a small hole drilled in the right place...
