I've used this clip for sit-up-and-beg "granny bikes", hybrids, ATBs and road bikes. Don't be put off by the fact that that it was made for road bikes.
The first three and a half minutes are absolutely spot on for getting the saddle height and fore/aft position correct. Tinkering with the bar height and stem length is just a matter of personal preference. Actually... it all is! This is a good starting point.
