Geared hubs for 120mm dropouts

Are there any geared hubs out there that fit track frames?

Any fixed gear geared hubs except the Sturmey Archer one that doesn't seem to exist yet?

I run a Sturmey Archer XRF-5 (5 speed) hub on my Pompino frame (120mm). £50 new on ebay, but that was a few years ago.
