garmin edge 810

Does anyone know if its possible to have a audible timer set on a garmin edge 810? I would just like it when doing interval training so i know when to stop and start.

As above, I use time alerts when captaining runs and distance alerts as a nod to eat/drink

If you create your intervals as a workout in Garmin Connect it should beep and give you a 5 second countdown before each change as long as you have set the tones to on in the menu.
