If its like the 500, when you plug it into the comp it should show as an external device, if you look through the folder system there should a folder called NEW, if you drag a TCX course file into it, it should when you turn the unit on, recognise it and convert it to a course file for the unit, or if you use a planner that exports fit files just place it in the folder courses.
