Hi!
I have a new phone (lost my old one...). My Garmin 810 is still paired with my old phone and it does not give me the option of pairing with more than 1 smartphone or removing the existing paired phone?!

The Garmin help literature suggests that you can un-pair devices by removing via your Bluetooth settings on your phone but I've lost my original phone so that's useless to me.

Technology.... Any suggestions warmly recieved, thank you :-)

Would a "hard reset" on the Garmin also reset the Bluetooth settings?

I've got the 520 Edge and I go to:
Settings>Bluetooth>Smartphone Galaxy S6>Forget Phone.

Is that not available on the 810?

According to Garmin Support, yes it would but I would loose all data so I will backup data on PC and will try that, thank you. Bit of a poor show from the Garmin lads if you can't impair devices without resetting the firmware!?

I had a new phone the other week. I also have a garmin 810.

On the garmin press the spanner icon
Bluetooth
Name of phone (smartphone iPhone in my case)
Forget phone.

Then just pair the other one.
