Garmin 520 wheel size help

I have moved my Garmin 520 and sensors onto my hybrid ready for a trip to France. The wheel size is set to auto but do I have to do anything else to ensure it has adjusted to the new bike?

They are probably very similar size but I am a bit OCD. When I first got it, it said something like 'wheel size calibrated' but it didn't happen on my quick test ride earlier (5 miles).
