I would go for a vineyard
That was my second guess! If the crop isn't hops or grapes, what else grows on poles like those in the UK? :whistle:

I think they're Hop Poles, so only about 1000 ha. to check.:rolleyes:

They are definitely hop poles. Grape vines live from year to year and are generally hand picked, you'd have to be a frigging giant to pick grapes if they grew to the height of hops...

We also visited a cider farm very close to this
